How it works
A FAST
Fitness ProgramTM begins with an overall assessment which includes a posture analysis to identify problems with
your basic posture, a body composition and a metabolic test, strength, flexibility and balance evaluations and a gait analysis
to pinpoint gait problems. After the assessment you and your trainer will design a workout geared towards your fitness goals.
A typical FAST Fitness ProgramTM workout will include unweighted work on a treadmill
emphasizing forward, backward and lateral movement, vibration platform training to increase strength and metabolic rate, stretching
and core strengthening exercisers. These workouts emphasize maximum result in minimum time and are designed to last 30 min
to 1 hour, 2-3 times a week.. Many participants have reported increased muscle tone, higher energy, weight loss and an increase
sense of health and well- being.
