To get the winning edge you must train smarter.  Our Pneumex Performance Enhancement Program™ builds a correct and strong foundation which allows each athlete to achieve the best performance possible.

How it works
Even a professional athlete needs a solid foundation. You will be evaluated on posture, biomechanics, speed, agility, flexibility, gait, balance and vertical jump. This comprehensive assessment will help to locate "Power Leaks". You and your trainer will design a personal training program based on your assessment and your personal goals.

A typical Performance Enhancement ProgramTM workout combines postural correction, overspeed training, core strengthening exercises, state of the art vibration training, gait analysis and correction and spot specific exercises. These workouts emphasize maximum result in minimum time and are designed to last 2-3 hours, 2 times a week for nine weeks. Many professional athletes are surprised to find they have foundation power leaks due to poor posture or gait, when these leaks are corrected their over all performance substantial increases.

Who does the Performance training at FASTER Center Sandpoint?
TJ Larson is the head trainer. He is fully trained and certified by Pneumex. TJ has the knowledge and training to design a Performance Enhancement ProgramTM based on the athlete and the specific sport. He is also joined by Steve Tyson a Pneumex trained and experienced assistant. If health issue arises Dr. Tham is available to assist in the workout plan with regards to joint, bone and soft tissue considerations.

David Edmondson 46 year old Competitive Power Lifter After 27 years as a Power Lifter competing Nationally & Internationally he started training with the Performance Enhancement ProgramTM at 44 years old. David set State Nation records in 3 weight classes, ranging from 132lbs to 165lbs. As far as we know he was the 1st person to exceed 10 times his body weight in competition: squats 573lbs, bench 341 lbs & 529lbs dead lift.
