How it works
Even a professional athlete needs a solid foundation.
You will be evaluated on posture, biomechanics, speed, agility, flexibility, gait, balance and vertical jump. This comprehensive
assessment will help to locate "Power Leaks". You and your trainer will design a personal training program based
on your assessment and your personal goals.
A typical Performance Enhancement ProgramTM workout combines
postural correction, overspeed training, core strengthening exercises, state of the art vibration training, gait analysis
and correction and spot specific exercises. These workouts emphasize maximum result in minimum time and are designed to last
2-3 hours, 2 times a week for nine weeks. Many professional athletes are surprised to find they have foundation power leaks
due to poor posture or gait, when these leaks are corrected their over all performance substantial increases.
